🥘Ingredients
- ✓2 cups mixed vegetables (broccoli, bell pepper, snap peas)
- ✓200g firm tofu, cubed
- ✓3 cloves garlic, minced
- ✓1 tbsp ginger, minced
- ✓3 tbsp soy sauce
- ✓1 tbsp sesame oil
- ✓1 tbsp cornstarch
- ✓2 tbsp vegetable oil
- ✓Sesame seeds for garnish
- ✓Green onions

Press tofu and cut into cubes

Heat oil in a wok or large pan

Stir-fry tofu until golden, set aside

Add more oil, stir-fry garlic and ginger for 30 seconds

Add vegetables and stir-fry for 5 minutes

Return tofu to pan

Mix soy sauce, sesame oil, and cornstarch with water
