- ✓1 fresh pineapple, sliced
- ✓8 flour tortillas
- ✓4 dried chilies
- ✓3 cloves garlic, minced
- ✓2 tbsp vinegar
- ✓2 tbsp olive oil
- ✓1 tbsp cumin
- ✓Cilantro
- ✓Onion, diced
- ✓Lime wedges
- ✓Salt
