- ✓400g spaghetti
- ✓200g bacon, diced
- ✓4 eggs
- ✓100g Parmesan cheese, grated
- ✓2 cloves garlic, minced
- ✓Black pepper to taste
- ✓Salt for pasta water

Cook spaghetti in boiling salted water until al dente

Fry bacon until crispy, add garlic and cook for 1 minute

Whisk eggs with Parmesan cheese and black pepper

Drain pasta, reserve 1 cup pasta water

Mix hot pasta with bacon, remove from heat

Add egg mixture and toss quickly, add pasta water if needed
