🥘Ingredients
- ✓800g chicken breast, cubed
- ✓200ml yogurt
- ✓400ml coconut milk
- ✓400g canned tomatoes
- ✓3 tbsp tikka masala paste
- ✓2 onions, diced
- ✓3 cloves garlic, minced
- ✓1 tbsp ginger, minced
- ✓2 tbsp vegetable oil
- ✓Fresh cilantro
- ✓Salt and pepper

Marinate chicken in yogurt and half the paste for 30 minutes

Heat oil and cook marinated chicken until golden, set aside

Sauté onions, garlic, and ginger until softened

Add remaining paste and cook for 2 minutes

Add canned tomatoes and coconut milk

Return chicken to pan and simmer for 15 minutes
