🥘Ingredients
- ✓800g chicken breast, cubed
- ✓300g basmati rice
- ✓200g yogurt
- ✓3 tbsp biryani masala paste
- ✓4 cloves garlic, minced
- ✓1 tbsp ginger, minced
- ✓2 onions, sliced
- ✓4 green chilies
- ✓Fresh cilantro and mint
- ✓4 tbsp ghee
- ✓2 bay leaves
- ✓4 cloves
- ✓1 tsp cumin seeds
- ✓Salt

Marinate chicken in yogurt and biryani paste for 30 minutes

Cook rice with whole spices until 70% done

Fry onions until golden, set aside half

Heat ghee and cook marinated chicken for 10 minutes

In a heavy pot, layer rice and chicken

Top with fried onions, cilantro, and mint
