- ✓400g fettuccine pasta
- ✓300g chicken breast, sliced
- ✓200ml heavy cream
- ✓100g butter
- ✓100g Parmesan cheese, grated
- ✓4 cloves garlic, minced
- ✓2 tbsp olive oil
- ✓Salt and pepper
- ✓Fresh parsley
- ✓Nutmeg

Cook pasta according to package directions

In a pan, heat olive oil and cook chicken until golden, set aside

In same pan, melt butter and sauté garlic

Add cream and bring to simmer

Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted

Add nutmeg, salt, and pepper

Return chicken to pan

Drain pasta and toss with Alfredo sauce
