🥘Ingredients
- ✓500g beef sirloin, sliced thinly
- ✓3 cups mixed vegetables (broccoli, snap peas, carrots)
- ✓4 cloves garlic, minced
- ✓1 tbsp ginger, minced
- ✓4 tbsp soy sauce
- ✓2 tbsp sesame oil
- ✓1 tbsp cornstarch
- ✓2 tbsp vegetable oil
- ✓Green onions
- ✓Sesame seeds
- ✓White pepper

Mix cornstarch with 2 tbsp water

Heat 1 tbsp oil and stir-fry beef until browned, set aside

Add remaining oil, stir-fry garlic and ginger for 30 seconds

Add vegetables and stir-fry for 4-5 minutes

Return beef to pan

Mix soy sauce, sesame oil, and cornstarch mixture
